Vagile's Disk Space and Bandwidth may be changing in the next few months. This Forum Games section will be the first casuality. There shouldn't be a problem to continue hosting The Sentinel other than that.

I have to agree with Frog here. It's all rather sad. Since it is the word-chain using up the vast majority of the space, couldn't you just delete the first 120 pages that no longer mean anything and let it continue, trimming it from time to time. That instead of deleting word association or the entire section, altogether.

We could free a ton of space just convincing Zynx not to post 3 extra lines with each post (~90000 bits so far).

A little more serious, how about just removing/limiting everyone's sig's?

While I can see that people want to pick on sigs and stuff like that I think you will do much better in saving space/bandwidth by removing unrealated clanlord sections and making a rule that once a thread becomes a flame war you delete the flames. People who continue to flame then get banned for X amount of time. Repeat problems loose account on Forum. It sucks to have to police a board but it is a reality in having something on-line.

I guess my question to you would be do you want Vagile to stop hosting this site? I agree that it is not a bad idea to have the off topic forum section but if it was to come down to removing the section and banning flame wars or lossing the Sentinel I think everyone would agree to that keeping the Sentinel would be better.
