Let it be known, that any intentional harm to any citizen of Puddleby in good standing will place the perpetrator on the Puddleby Police Department’s Wanted List. Such person’s on the PPDWL are subject to jail time, fines and lose all protections Puddleby offers its citizens. Therefore, the capture, chaining to further reaches, death and/or depart of such outlaws is completely without penalty and may even entitle the person or persons for doing so to a reward based on the infamy of the outlaw. To claim a reward such acts must be accompanied by proof and without permission, coordination nor collusion of any kind with said outlaw.

Based on the corroborated testimony of multiple citizens in good standing, for the sabotage and deaths and departs of Exiles while on an Official UoP Lab, Citizens Daimoth and Stinkfist have been stepped of their citizenship, and are now on the PPD Wanted List. Any and all acts to interfere with their activities are now without penalty until further notice.

At this time there is a 500c Reward for the death and depart of Stinkfist or Daimoth. (current funds only allow 1 reward per exile to be issued but any and all donations earmarked for their capture and depart will be honored, and incased the pool)

Said outlaws may regain their citizen standing for the amount of 5000c to each depart victim of their vile act, and 1000c to each person negatively affected by their heinous acts. Until full compensation is paid, the number of death and departs shall be equal to or greater than amount each would have to pay to the victims, and their families.

Citizens are encouraged to reply herewith their damages. Please list if you were negatively affected and if you had to depart so the PPD can tally the amount of compensation owed. If you would like to contribute to the citizens defense fund, plea contact your nearest Deputy. Deputies are eligible for any bounties as well. Pirates not in collusion nor collaboration with Stinkfist may collect a larger (750c) bounty for betraying their captain while on a hunt.

Odd that a sheriff would bypass the existing legal system and condone vigilante acts in it's place.

Since I cannot handcuff them to arrest them to make them stand trial, I am simply offering a reward for capture, or depart to encourage them to come along peacefully, and pay for their crimes, by whatever means I have at my disposal. If they make restitution it will restore their protected citizen status. For now they are outlaws wanted for not only disturbing the peace (to put it mildly), but also killing the innocent and costing them experience. The depart clause in the bounty is meant to restore balance, and discourage such acts in the future. The payment of 5K to each victim is so that people are discouraged from accepting money to kill or otherwise cause another to depart. OOC: In some cultures, before we had jails, government and courts, when a person was killed by a member of the same society, the family would often receive payment for the lost resources of the person killed.

Yeah getting on the bad side of two of the most deadly exiles sure is worth 500c, good call Noivad!

Sounds like Ill get to have some honour killings then. Anyone that act's on this "law" is subject to Pirate Honour killings on behalf of the Pirate King, and as Daimoth is my clan leader I will act on his behalf as well. Looks like a circle of death to me now.

I was never tried nor convicted of any charges being made against me. I was never anywhere near the scene of this "crime", nor are there any witnesses to me having remotely anything to do with it. Your version of "law" is anything but lawful and I contest your qualifications.

I will say this yet again, as I've told the others who had similar baseless accusations; I never ordered the death of the fraternist Drablak.

You have however admitted that you were part of the conspiracy to sabotage the UoP lesson. If during the commission of a crime, something happens as a result of the crime that the perpetrator did not intend, then that person and their accomplices are also culpable of those as well. Just because you did not intend to do something does not make you innocent of wrongdoing: ignorance nor lack of intelligence (of at least the minimum level to understand right from wrong) is no excuse. Given that Stinkfist has admitted that you paid him, and your open admission means this is an open and shut case. If you were the more intelligent one in this conversation and I was the one being pompous, then you would have been intelligent enough not to betray your fellow exiles because you would have weighed the consequences and decided it was not worth it. Criminals like you tend to be very shortsighted, and not too bright: they think only of their needs, and not of the people they wrong. Nor do they, for a second thing of the increase in hostility and distrust in their environment. Professional Criminals have a saying: “Don’t shit where you eat.” In this case you took a dump all over Puddleby and its citizen, of which you were one.

Given your vast resources, a few thousand coins is very little to you. Once you realize what you did was wrong on so many levels, you will see that this can be a good way to discourage any exiles, now or in the future, from destroying our community though deceit and sabotage.
