Hmm... maybe we'll spend 1 million coins on this "armor" (and I use that term VERY loosely) only to find, inscribed on the inside of all peices of armor the words "To better defend yourself, seek out the one named... 'Detha.' "



I would suggest asking Melabrion, and/or his slave to allow us to test these "armors" before we pay him anything... One million coins is an awful lot, and I'd hope that Melabrion would be understanding in this and allow us to test them out first.

Come ON! Armor!? in CLANLORD!? Oh yea right! If we aren't allowed to test these things out, who's to say that they won't add 10 detha and subtract 20 regia, 20 balthus, make you run slower, fall harder, etc. Do we REALLY want to waste all that money on something that could potentially turn out to be worthless?

I might be oblivious, but there IS more than one class. 20 Detha might mean the world to Aki and healers....



Of course, Raising money for that is a completely different matter.

This is true. I suggest we ignore this. Why can't you just give the armor to us, and have it be like a wooden shield? a huge price for something that saps balance and gives a non-noticeable amount of detha. We're paying $10 a month so we can go kill stuff, come back, give it to someone else, and have nothing happen for a year.





BS. atleast make it so we hvae to do a quest to get these items. Giving money is NOT FUN.

I don't even wanna talk about this. In other games, you don't even have to work for stuff. That's one extreme. In clanlord, you have to wait years and years to give HARD EARNED MONEY to a robot who won't DO ANYTHING WITH IT. This is another extreme. Just make it like the wooden shield is NOW. available for 900c or 600c and 2 logs of wood.

Whew that was funny. Ok, seriously though, isn't there enough of a shortage of ore for "potential champions" that everyone and his dog/cat/goldfish will be ore hunting even more now? Come on, give us something else to fish for (most of the time without a hook or bait).



Sure, anyone can wear it. It'll take several pieces of various metal for each piece of armor, take up an inventory slot for each piece, and give a benefit likely not even noticeable by the elite few who can afford the stuff.



I've given up on any of this stuff due to the rediculousness of the champion "quest". So, have Rangers and Bloodmages been implemented yet? They'll probably need ore too.
