I've received reports of people eating fish and dying. Seen it first hand too.

It all started with an acolyte attacking us, followed by all sorts of monsters from the abyss. Trymon, who was there started coughing up fish after we repelled the invasion.

And some fish fell from the sky, people started eating them and dying.

Around the same time there was also a cask of beer that appeared around the temple. That could also have been the cause.

I took a sample of the beer, a mystic will be investigating it.


We made a trip to see a source for information, and found out there had been a dwarf/thoom had been experimenting with mixing fish and beer.

Be on the lookout for this fellow. We do not have his name, but by his discription he should be easy to spot.

Just saw Shadowmist fishing in the river E of town.

I tried one of the fish there and felt fine, but I will get a mystic to look at the river fish to make sure they are really ok. Just to be safe

The dwarf-thoom in question is the brewer Blubrug, and I believe he means no harm. The invention he is working on (fish-beer) just turned out to be too much for the stomachs of those exiles who are not both dwarves and thooms.
