I've searched but can't find the answer to this anywhere...

Are there visionstone controls, such as fast forward, pause, rewind, etc.?

If so, how do you use them?

There are, fairly basic but they exist.

As far as i recall on a mac they're cmd+arrow key.

cmd + <right arrow> is play, then ffwd, then turbo
cmd + <left arrow> is slow down, pause etc

Forgotten the rest, but i'm sure you can figure them out.
You'll also see a red strip across what's normally the green health bar to indicate how far through the movie you are.

Ah, d'oh...

Figures that was the one key combo I didn't try...
