Lets see... 17:00 is probably the best time, since that's 9pm EDT and Midnight PDT.

If you wanted something quicker, we could do something like Thursday this week. Otherwise we could wait until the week after. My days are usually pretty open on the weekends, but then again my schedules tend to change rapidly... so I don't know if I want to schedule something for next weekend or not.

So, all we have to do is pick a good day and do it! ;)

Ah, no, this table needs to be read the other way around. The red numbers are always UTC.
So 9pm EDT would be 0100 UTC, 3am CEST, and 6pm PDT.

Here's probably a more intuitive tool, showing CEST, PDT, and EDT side by side for any given date:

(German time is always +6 Eastern time, and +9 Pacific time, except some overlap in March/October, since we don't switch DST at the same day.)

What about Ojesi's suggestion of 12th, 1900 UTC? Or is during daytime not possible for you? If it needs to be in the evening, 0100 UTC (9pm EDT) would be the very latest that's possible for me (but I guess it's not for Ojesi).
About next week, Monday 12th is fine if it's not earlier than 1900 UTC. On the other days (including Thursday) I'm more flexible.

Actually, we might just end up making this a weekend, now that I've actually learned how time zones work. (Oops!)

That way Ojesi can come (since we could make things later, and his time is more open on weekends) as well as more American-side-of-the-world people (like me!). Then something like 23:00 UTC is 7pm Eastern and 4pm Pacific. Or perhaps even 22:00 UTC (for an hour earlier each other time.) On perhaps a Saturday or Sunday?
