This list is designed to be a guide of the prices Lexa and WormTounge would sell an item for. Though it's not always accurate, and subject to change without notice (or even without an update of the prices here). Of course others are welcome to use it as a guide to the value of items they have. If something's missing from this list, or you believe the price is drastically different from it's actual value, please let me know.

If it's useful for people, I'd be willing to edit this to include prices of what I'd be able to pay. But in general, the faster something's likely to sell the slimmer my margin would be. For items over 1,000c I'd usually offer to sell it on behalf of the person. So the seller would get the coins it was sold for (no commission asked, tips welcome). Lexa of course handles these items differently.

If Iron is 500c (which seems high btw...last two I've bought have been ~400c), why are chains 1500c and not ~1000c?

500c blacksmith fee seems overly harsh...

because thats how much the npc charges, to make 2 iron and 500c
for an exile blacksmith to make a chain it costs 3 iron which is ridiculous btw
also i agree that 500 for an iron is higher than id pay

I have been trying to keep the price of iron at 500c and not bringing the cost even higher. If you haven't noticed there has been a very high demand for iron in the lands and very low availability. This is due to several current factors such as higher chain breakages and a number of active exiles making armor.

When selling Iron I have never held it for more then a single sunstone which is unusual for any item. If I was going to adjust it for a rate which it would sell steadily at iron would easily be 750c if not more.

The short answer is me and Worm do not set the prices everyone else does. Items are only sold for as much as they are commonly bought at.

Oh sorry Cinnamon. I know that ripoff. Since it was mentioned above, I thought you were referring to another one, and I didn't know of any others.

No worries. The same old silliness. NPC doesn't have to play by the rules, those who do play by the rules are further penalised.

That said, I'd like to contest the following prices:

Raw Sunstone, 300c
With all of the Arindal folks kicking about, the price of these came up on the SS network.
A price of 50-100c was generally acceptable to most people.

Ethereal Portal Stone 7,000c
Everyone I've spoken with says that this price is redonkulously overinflated.
This is unfortunate, since I traded something pretty valuable for one shortly after coming back based on this price. >_<

you only need 250 ranks to make chain.

it should cost 300 Black smith supplies + 250 ranks + 2 iron pices.

Given that wood and stone often go for 50c a pop and raw SS are quite a bit rarer, a higher price is justified. A 300c "retail" price is reasonable. Especially considering that you can usually sell wood and stone immediately and you have to hang on to a raw SS until an opportunity pops up.

I'm sure 100c seems reasonable to someone that doesn't need one.

Well, what is a good price then? It takes a good amount of time and effort to make EPSs (on top of the materials costs, though those are not expensive).

7k is expensive. But I wouldn't go lower than, what, 3k minimum?
