Personally I'm inclined to think this entire plane was kinda ill-conceived from the get-go. That said, somebody should explain to Rah that the Moon, Sun, and Earth created the Third Children because the Second Children were such a total reality-rending fiasco.

Explaining anything to Rah is self defeating. Give him a cookie, pat him on the head and send him on his way.

Besides we all know Sylvans are to blame for everything evil in the world..
