Well, I can imagine that the three subclasses will be Moon-Earth, Moon-Moon, and Moon-Sun.
For the fighters, we have:
Earth-Earth: Champion: All fighter skills can be boosted, if you have the right rocks... just not at the same time.
Earth-Moon: Bloodbladers: Extremely good skills in one area (attack and damage) while having a major disadvantage (one hit and they're dead).
Earth-Sun: Rangers: More control with swings.
So, if we... sorta... switch things over for healers, this is what I'd imagine:
Moon-Earth:
This is the rod-specialist class. Healers get enhanced self-heal abilities, and maybe an item that allows them to channel their spirit directly into health. (Instead of respia filling up your spirit bar, it speeds up how fast you heal.) These healers can soak up a ton of damage and can basically survive nearly anywhere... with enough training. But, they aren't as good at healing others.
Moon-Moon:
These are the healer-healers. They are made to heal, and they do it well. They can transfer all of their own health to another if needed, in merely a moment. (Making the healers very weak, but keeping an important fighter up, for example). They also get area-healing abilities. With their new "charged staff" they can learn how to heal all hurt people within their range... no more needing to target! This sub-class basically gets all their basic healer skills upgraded, so they heal other better.
Moon-Sun:
These healers get some interesting abilities. They are healers of the mind and body. With enough time, they can make a badly hurt fallen less fallen... even if they don't have enough horus to actually heal them. They can also give fighters, mystics, and other healers a buffer of spirit/mind. This would alow mystics to have more mind available for boosts, fighters more spirit available for their abilities, and healers more spirit for general healing. Of course, the healer who "lent out" their spirit would not be able to use their own spirit for a while.
Those were just some ideas. They might need some balancing, but... *I* think they're interesting. ;)
