Right before the update this Saturday (we're pushing it back to allow for more people to participate) there will be a "Savage Saturday" when nothing counts. No experience, no items gains or losses, no departs, no insults to the GMs, nothing will count. This is tentatively scheduled for "around 3pm Pacific time", but is subject to change at any time. It will be very clearly announced when this period has begun, and when it has ended. It will probably last a couple of hours at least, more if people are enjoying themselves.
For those new to "nothing counts" periods these are a good chance to try something adventurous you might otherwise be afraid of. There also tend to be several GMs around to spice things up and answer your prayers. Or do the exact opposite. This also marks our 520th update, which, depending on how you count, could be counted as the 10 year marker for Clan Lord. Expect celebrations. Joe informs me that he activated the accounts of everyone for a week so that they could participate in the festivities.
