You know if I didn't have ot worry about storage fees and maintenance costs I'd probably have a house. So yeah permanent dyes would be nice too.

Making Semi-Permanant Dyes Permanant.
Practically speaking, for some races there should be other permanent colors available. I mean, Odes is *orange* fer crissake. He's a FEN. His FUR is ORANGE. Why I should have to re-dye something that is a genetic quality in some races just seems sorta silly and non-RP.
So ya. Permanent dyes. Or at least a permanent ORANGE.
This is an old argument. Wonder if it will get any traction this time.

I like the idea
I don't care much about the renewal or cost, my main concern is that I hate when my skin dye fades.
I have this skin dye since I'm able to afford it, it's part of Silky. When it fades during a hunt or even in Town Center I feel naked!

I agree: certain races should get certain genetic color/patterns that fit the environment their species would logically have. I could imagine Thoom could come in blue, green and other color similar to meshra. Fen should be able to chose among several calico patterns and an extended range or earth tones and patterns dependent on their heritage. Since sylvan are forest creatures, I would imagine their skin ton would go from grey to green in addition to human tones. Dwarves I would imagine would be naturally paler in general or perma-tinted like coal (as if they worked in a mine all their lives), etc. Zo, I imagine from their build and eye-size would suggest both pale and lighter skin tones along with more exotic tints. The Insectoid races should come in rainbows or colors & patterns.
A ton of work? Maybe. A lot of player love from that work? Yet bet! At least we have a lot of variable for dress, which is better than many games, but the addition of pigments would rock, and I can’t imagine anyone, but maybe Gloria opposing it. So, if it is on some benevolent GMs list, know it would make an easy “win” among exiles.
Once Again I think we need to designate a GM appreciation week/month—but I forget what month was proposed…
