Then if the University does get revitalized, with classes being taught through an official sponsorship on behalf of the University, then fine, if that's how they would like to continue to charge those fees, that's how it will be.
Since I'm kind of circumventing the University in order to get a jump-start on this and see if there is actual interest still, I get to name the rules. In this case, I'm not charging fees but instead putting any donations toward outfitting a newbie with an item they might need.
I'm not typically the philanthropic type but this seems like a rather worthy cause, no?
