The Clan Lord Sentinel

I just updated to 10.4.10 (because my computer told me it was a "good thing"!), and now iClan won't open.

It was open before I restarted for the update, nothing else has changed... so I can only imagine that the update did something to break it.

"Thread 0 crashed with PPC Thread State 64:" or so my problem report says.

Anyone else have this sort of problem?

I had some iClan crashes a couple of hours ago, and I am still using 10.4.9. Now it is working again. I am guessing that your OS update was a coincidence.

I've never had iClan crash like that for me before, so I had just chalked it up to the update.

It looks like DT is encoding non-ASCII characters in the feed now, so I'll need to update iClan to handle it. I'll probably have time this weekend.

Yea, same problem. Hope it gets fixed soon

I miss my iClan.

Again, no problems with 10.4.10 - the DT XML feed changed from being very-invalid XML to being barely-invalid XML, and as a result my parsing code blew up.

I had wanted to delay releasing a new version until I had some of my other planned enhancements ready, but since apparently there are more folks using iClan than I knew I'll let you all have 1.2.1.

Go get it.

I couldn't get the page to load, so Blackhole sent me the program. Seemed to save and replace the old iClan okay, but it only bounces once when told to load. The info says it's opening, but it never actually does.

Illora, send me the crash dump (<Your Home Folder>/Library/Logs/CrashReporter/iClan.crash.log) and I'll take a look at it.
