Having some mystery is good ("Look around, a new area can be found somewhere!") but putting virtually every change each update under "You'll have to explore to discover other changes" is doing a disservice to everyone. If we don't find the changes, you don't get the recognition as GMs for what you've done; if we don't know about the changes, we won't begin to know where to look.
