For those of you who don't know, Spider Gauntlet is a new arachnoid place and is marked by a web in the noids cavern. Noids there range from Grey to Malachite with no webbers to be seen, but webs are thrown from the walls. Iron and Tin ore can be found there with a very high drop rate (In my experience there, I've found 4 iron ore and 2 tin ore and others found iron too.) Just wondering Eldon, but is this the same place that was in noids 3 years ago but with no pf, webs instead of rocks and tin ore?

Eldon called it a challenge so I don't know if it will be around permanently but it is off of main part of noids. Look for the new web.

I heard it was supposed to be there for only a couple of hours. I think it's great if there's a new place, but having it permanently inside of old noids wouldn't be a good idea. It would remove a legitimate hunting area for lower level exiles. There are lots of places in noids that you don't have to go into the deep cavern for. I think it's great to have more fun things around, whether for a short time or forever

Put it in the north part of the arachne cave. Behind the talking arachnoid who has been saying since 1998 that they're working on the new parlour.

Not exactly sure how this looks, but this should have been my pods extension plan. 
A tree gauntlet that you have to walk through to get to the next uber pods area. They beat you down, but you can't get to 'em.

I always liked the original, and this one was pretty good too. I prefer rocks to webs, but it's about as challenging either way.
Just an idea.. Maybe make it a stepped difficulty cavern.. Have the first one like it is now, with its ratio of green noids, olives, malas, etc. Then have a short safe tunnel lead to another nearly identical room, with an increased difficulty of noids. Rinse and repeat. Would give people a good place to practice against the advanced noids of whatever level they want.
Bonus points; put something neat at the end.

A while back Joe came and asked for mid lvl fighters and sent them to this place. There was one passage but it was blocked.
