Phil Coleman (Tyndall) passed away Thursday, September 22, 2005. He found Clan Lord while recovering from his first bout with cancer. He made many friends, many of whom he got to meet in person over the years. He wanted to say goodbye and thanks for all the fun to his friends, clan, and the folx at Delta Tao.

I really like Tyndall, and really enjoyed the times I got to hunt with him.

I remember Tyndall the most when i met him at a renassance fair years ago. He wore a robin hood like hat with a feather in it that i thought was pertty neat lookin. Strange how i remember him most from something that happened (7ish?) years ago. TYndall will be missed.

Tyndall was such a great fellow. He helped me a lot, in the earlier days. Very kind and giving.

Enough good things can't be said about him as a person, a real flesh and blood person. The loss to this community can't rival the loss to those that loved him and we're all diminished by his passing.

Heya Folks
I did not know Tyndall (I guess he stopped clanning before I joined) but from what I can tell he was a really great person. I have lost several close friends/family to cancer myself and I offer my condolences, sympathies and understanding to his family.

Tyndall was one of those people I felt like I could hunt with without being intimidated by the fact that he had so many more ranks than me and if I messed up I'd never be invited again. I can never recall a moment of disliking him, and only have good feelings towards the guy. I'll definitely miss him. Not to mention he had a way of dressing that really made me envy sylvans.

I think it would be entirely appropriate. Someone would have to design a statue, though.Fundin wrote:Would it be amiss to put a statue in the memoial gardens for Tyndall. I shall miss him greatly.
Tyndall was one of the good guys.

While i cant recall any specific time when i hunted him, i recall him helping me out a bit when the character Stinkfist was newish. Like any person who is gone never to be seen again, I'll miss him, very much, he was cool in my book. *goes to have a smoke in Tyndall's honor*

I too did not know him as well as most have that have posted here. However, I have hunted with him a few times on occasion in the valley with Haffron. He was good guy from what I know and from what I have heard. I regret the fact I did not get to know him better.
