Harp and I were talking about the housing options and such and were curious if anything was actually being/going to be done with it and if not if the powers that be would be open to letting it be a player decorateable structure or at least the various rooms in it.

Might be fun, but just an idea!

Yes please, I would like for something to be done with the outdated idea I had when I was like 13.... and i'm almost 33 now.....

Like I'm pretty sure we can all agree that the statue of Tara I made like a decade ago should at least be in there.

this sounds great to me also! Maybe since they are rooms in the keep instead of apartments, you could choose to make them one of several workshops with an npc steward to sell materials... like alchemy, armor supply, woodcraft.. etc basically just houses same dynamic, but add the crafting option
