I would like to suggest a way to quickly train your sub-class weapon stored ranks. To keep it IC, why not use a training dummy of some sorts that will help you "master" your self taught lessons quicker?

The original rationale was probably that people wouldnt want too many blade ranks. Too much fell, for example, was really awful. Goss beyond a certain point was hugely useless, etc.

But now with subclasses and BMs having a blade untrainer, etc., a fast rank mechanism might be useful.
