Well, Australia was a penal colony, so I imagine it is on its way up. I don’t know what Florida’s excuse is… When the tag “Florida” on a news site of the bizarre needs to be made because there are so many of them, you know something is whacky in that state. It’s not like news coverage is skewed, because anything bizarre makes the news. It is just Florida has a disproportionate number of these things. Dunno if it is the heat or some sort of impurity in the water or a combo of environmental factors, but Florida is known as a place where the truly bizarre happens.
